  • Our Emails,Their dreams...

Recently I have noticed something really interesting. I have started to get emails from a website claiming that it is a community for VB programmers. The emails had some technical topics regarding to Visual Basic programming. At first it looked genuine to me but after some time things have changed and I started to receive several emails a day with very funny topics like "How can I set timer's label text?" or "how should I open Visual Basic?' So they started to show up! Aren't

  • No more Tehran Scenery for now!

Here I have a bad news for you.The long awaited project I was working on since 2007, has been officially canceled due to several reasons .The project turned into a super project and I personally was not able to handle it, mostly due to lack of enough spare time.Maybe sometime in the future I will reignite it again but until then I will keep it in my archive.

  • Iransim Forum is now active

It took a long time to finish this. It was part my program to add a Persian forum to the site so that users can easily share their ideas, problems... with other users and it proved to be effective. Although the forum is not just for flight simulation but for all branches of aviation in Iran but the users response and interaction was not up to my expectation. Maybe I have done something wrong, either in design or user experience. But anyway let just give it sometime and see what happen in the future

  • Some mission accomplished!

Hi I have been very busy recently scratching my head and working on several projects at the same time, including my long awaited Tehran Scenery 2007 (which is now called third edition) and also trying to activate Iranian division of Ivao which I have had plan for since 2006 and which we finally made it after almost two months of negotiations with Ivao. Thanks to the patience and help of my friend Alain Debrower (Ivao President) and my good friend Khashayar (IR-DIR) for taking responsibility as division

  • I am still here! Why are you asking?

Hello Fellows It has being long time since I haven’t post here. I have been very busy adopting to FSX new scenery design. I have also converted all fs9 files of Tehran scenery 2007 to be compatible with FSX. I am also designing a new website on a new server which will be available to the public very soon. You can take a look here: Iransim And something else, FSX now has a service pack which greatly improves its performance and use of multicore CPUs. FS team did a great job for that. It also fixes

  • FSX is not slow. Your uncle PC is old…

I have received several emails regarding FSX slow performance. Well FSX is a world in DVD. Don't expect your 2-3 years old pc to be able to handle such a complex and tremendous simulator. I have read an article in Portuguese which was actually a review of FSX. They have reported that they get very good frames per second (which is also smooth) in a Core2Due extreme edition Intel CPU with Gforce 7600GT and 1GB RAM and that is amazing. So this shows you should buy a better CPU than GPU. Here is

  • Tehran Scenery 2007

I am currently working on the fifth version of my scenery for Fs2004/FsX called Tehran scenery 2007. I have finished almost all ground materials and ready to start gmaxing: Things that I have focused on them in this version are, Iran's most important airport called IKIA and the complete scenery of Tehran the capital of Iran. the total number of objects will be something around 1300.that is already too much for busy systems running FSX.I have managed to reduces the number of polygons by using
