My Bio

Luis Abreu was born on June 27th,1976 in Funchal, Portugal. Currrently, he is working at DSSIOD (which is part of Secretaria Regional do Ambiente e Recursos Naturais of Madeira) where he's responsible for the development of web applications and leads its research. Luis holds a degree on Systems and Computer Engineering (1999) from UMa (Universidade da Madeira) and in the last years he has been involved in several web projects.
