I currently run my own consulting business (second time around). I've worked with the SBS product line for 7 years.
Previously I was Vice President for an auto insurance brokerage firm using SBS2003 for 4 years. Before that I was the IT director for the local blood bank for 11 years, and on the District and Regional staff at Unisys Corp for 15 years.
I have spoken at past SMB Nation conferences, and spend time on the wonderful public Microsoft SBS newsgroup.
kwsupport has not done anything recently.
