Richard is now working with a Microsoft Certified Partner in Hong Kong SAR as a Senior Technical Consultant and Senior Training Officer, providing IT total solutions. Varieties of experience in different areas have been gained over 10 years, for instance, technical training, system support, system consultation, etc...
Richard not only got his first IT certificate of CNA when aged 17, but also became MCP and CNE in the subsequent year and more in the follow years. He successfully achieved his MCSE and Master CNE when aged 19. Nowadays, Richard is an active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) delivering MOC courses to IT experts everyday.
Richard has been mainly focused in the field of systems and networking. He is confidence in different technical areas, including, Windows 3.1/95/98/ME/2K/XP, Windows Server NT/2K/2K3, Exchange Server, SQL Server, ISA Server, IIS, System Management Server,MOM, Netware 3/4/5/6, Cisco Router…etc.
Richard has been selected as Microsoft Community Star and being the first Windows Server - Networking MVP in Hong Kong!
