A little help with SQL

I've been a loner of a blog server for a while and .... well... I finally realized I couldn't do it alone.
so ... I got someone to help out with the SQL duties... meet Brianna who is handling the SQL duties while I still handle the IIS/web duties.
As you can see I'm a lot happier now.
