Pixelated, choppy, or distorted Blu-ray replay issue with MS Security Update

When you playing newley released Blu-ray Disks from 20th Centrury Fox, this may correlate with the MS11-063 Security Update for Windows 7 64-bit. It could be that also other publishers of Blu-ray disk products can be affected.

Users reporting pixelated, choppy, or distorted replay using a software decoder on Windows 7 64-bit with this security update installed.

In regards of PowerDVD the vendor CyberLink published a new patch which closes the issue with BluRay playback of disks from Fox.
