It's funny. I subscribed to the geakSpeak blog a while ago but I just got around to listening to/watching the episodes. I'm about six or seven in and have enjoyed them thoroughly so far. My favorite has been a show on garbage collection with Jeffrey Richter. Jeffrey, by the way, penned my favorite .NET book of all time, Applied Microsoft .NET Framework Programming (the .NET 2.0 version of this book is CLR via C#, Second Edition).
geekSpeak shows are presented as webcasts and, while there are some demos, most of the show is interview. This is a good combination because you can have them playing in the background and then scan through the media file if you miss a demo you're interested in. (This is a bad thing because you have to click continue/submit about thirty-seven times and enter your name and email about eight times before you can listen to/watch the friggin' webcast. There has to be a better way.)
My only problem now is trying to free up time to consume another podcast.
