I'm of a weird species that believes products should not need training. If I'm spending 5k for say SalesLogix, I'm not spending another 5k on "certification" or a couple hundred on "training". I can get by with what I know and playing with it. If I could figure out a 8 changing Transformer without instructions I think I can figure out an overpriced peice of crap software.

Crystal is a beast just to get a simple report from 1 table and if I have a hard time with my development knowledge I can be sure the semi-computer-literate person next to me is going to find it extremely difficult. These are the same people that have a light bulb go off when they use Access so giving them something like Crystal is almost like giving a 2 year old a loaded gun. It might turn out fine but I'm going to be ducking every 5 seconds.

Thanks Andy for getting that song stuck in MY head now. I like to think of alternative lyrics for songs but I usually pick songs I can somewhat stand. That one is just completely unbearable. Clearly your taste in music sucks and clearly Bill should slap you silly right about now.

Sorry Bill I couldn't resist. Every time some knob says "Clearly" that song gets stuck in my head so I make up bizzare lyrics to offset the annoying song in my head.
