Yep, it sucks. It sucks a LOT.

But in all fairness, there's a lot more that sucks worse... and this is coming from a guy who flew to Asscrack, TX and back every week for seven months.

Don't mind me... I'm just pissed for other reasons. Like all my *** breaking after I moved Narth. In one month, my new tv, my directTiVo and my 360 have all died. Arrgghh

re:Rental cars Agreed. Houston also sucks, but at least most of the car companies have a little bus that drives you out to their lot.

JFK in NY is great unless you arrive at night. Then you have 50 guys with beat up looking cars offering to be a "taxi". Who to trust? I usually pick the oldest guy there chomping a stogie.

Seattle is the best one I've encountered. You just go to the parking garage to pick up your car. When you fly out, just park it in a spot in the garage.
