1. I work at MS, but still haven't ponied up for a new WM 6 device.

2. I just unhooked for XM Radio myself. Got tired of the commercials on commercial-free radio. I'm averse to that whole model. Cable makes us pay a monthly fee so they can have an ad platform. To me, either serve ads and give me content for free, or make me pay and don't torture me with ads.

3. I haven't used a check in years. I haven't kept track of my own transactions because its all done online. I swipe my debit card, and the transaction is registered online before I get home.

4. I really need a universal remote. I'm still the sucker with 4 controllers sitting on my couch.

5. Who can argue with that one?

6. I bought my first "expensive" watch this year. And by expensive, I only mean I spent $120 on it :) Yeah, I'm thinking I can spend $10K on a watch, or I can just ask YOU what time it is for free.

7. Don't own a zune, but I have a zune pass. I listen to it at work to drown out the noises in the hall... and my office mate.

8. I have a GPS radio built into my cell phone (HP hw6925). Couple that with Telenav and I'm set. Every time I think I am spending $9/month for a useless service, I end up using the service repeatedly.

9. I hate console games. I have two premium xbox 360's in my house and an xbox dev kit at work, but still don't care to spend my hours in front of a game. *sigh* I'm too old now.

10. Right on man! I love powershell! I started writing powershell providers and have spent more time customizing my experience in powershell than my Windows desktop.

11. BN for the win man. I have to say though, I really like Amazon's site. They know what books I want before I do. I hit the website and they are recommending the very book that I came online to find. Its amazing.

12. You know anyone that wants to buy a year-old tablet? I dont' use mine anymore, and will likely never buy a tablet again. I'd rather have tablet functionality in a UMPC than to have a larger computer with that same functionality.

I got the JVC when Comp USA was having a store clearance so I got it for a steal. I had a Tom Tom attachment for my old phone, but there's nothing like a full featured GPS. It's amazingly accurate although I've been lead really astray once with it. Fortunatley, pretty much any car you get these days has really kick a55 navigation systems so these days of having to buy stand alones will be obsolete before long

I have a garmin c340 whose battery broke, and it gives me directions now that are off by 2 feet wherever I go :).

It has served me well however, and has accompanied me in many a travel. But I guess soon enough I'll be getting the garmin nuvi.

I have a JVC KV-PX9. It's one of those that you can stick a storage card in and so it's pretty cool in that respect.

it talks and does all that too.
