Jonesing for a buzz
Fairly regularly we hear news stories about people doing really strange things to get high. But This is so WTF that it takes the cake. I really thought it was just an urban legend. If this is a crime, does it really warrant a punishment? Seems if you made other criminals do this, it would be considered cruel and unusual so perhaps it speaks for itself
