Product Code Names should be redone

Published Wed, Jul 18 2007 7:42 | William

I got my head above water and started getting administrative tasks under control.  So I start looking at Traffic and realize that all of my posts that blog about Barbie Barbie Cummings site, link to Barbie Cummings Blog or Barbie Cummings MySpace Page, result in tremendous traffic.  In fact, Barbie herself mad an appareance.(NONE of the links are safe for work)

So clearly hot porn stars draw a lot of attention. No one  wants to admit it, but weblogs lie a lot less than people and they say "Blog about Porn".  So wouldn't it be a good compromise, from a marketing point of view, to dub your products with names like "Heather", "Jenna", "Janine", "Chloe","Tara"  "Sindee" and the like?  Subtle enough to get under the radar, clear enough for the right people to get.  LIkely to raise some suspicion, but we're nowhere near Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, right?

I know, another great example of the type of stuff I blog about at 3:00 AM when I can't sleep.  But somehow, I think there might be something to this.  Would you rather work on "Orcas" or "Janine"  I rest my case.

Ambien is damn sure my friend but every now and then, 12mg of CR just can't make it happen.

Doesn't look like I'm the only one up either though ;-)

How's it going btw guys?

I believe Richard and I made this suggestion to you once before and you shot it down b/c there would be too many possibilities for Hendrick-esque humor.
