Another interesting story on the Estonia CyberAttack
I've found the whole thing intriguing since I first heard of it. Reading updates on their response is even more intriguing .
You have to wonder, how conclusive does evidence need to be before action can be taken? Yes, I realize Estonia isn't going to declare war on Russia but if it is state sponsored, how should they respond? Damn sure not through the UN. It definitely would raise some interesting questions. However, finding conclusive evidence is probably going to be pretty difficult assuming it's actually there.
I read one proposed reponse which seemed as reasonable as anything else... While Estonia couldn't possibly do much militarily to Russia, they certainly could return the gesture - a battlefield they'd probably be able to fare well on.
