Could not complete the operation due to error 80041001

Just as an FYI about this...

If you are using the documentation for WSE 3.0 and trying opening it after installing IE7 - you get an error with the following message "Could not complete the operation due to error 80041001"  This is a total drag b/c all my other documentation works (well everything but this and WSE 2.0 documentation).  Anyway, I found  a link about it but it doesn't offer much help. about it but essentially there's nothing you can do about it for now.  Hopefully they'll have  fix out soon but I've spent a while trying to get this resolved and figured I might help someone not spend the night chasing wild geese (or whatever the plural of Wild Goose Chase is)
