surely you jest? Many retailers are telling people they can't fill the existing pre-orders that they thought they could. Best bet is midnight sales at places like Best Buy that aren't taking pre-orders.

Also... and this is a big one, be sure to buy the version WITH a hard drive or you will NOT be able to play your existing XBOX games. The XBox 360 uses emulation to play the legacy games, and that emulation is dependant upon the hard drive. It's in the FAQs. So there's another $100 bucks on the price tag.

Honestly, I'm pretty jazzed about the 360, but I'm still gonna wait. None of the launch titles really do much for me at the moment.
