I guess the joke in Canada is about Perrier and in the US it's about Evian? Or maybe it's just because I'm stupid and thought that it was Perrier....

Yeah, paying for regular water is pretty crappy...you should go to Italy, I had to fight like a b1tch to get plain water at a restaurant, all they have there is sparkling water - which I do not enjoy.
