System.Web.Compilation Embarassment

I was googling around trying to find out more about System.Web.Compilation and I came across this link http://www.cityofno.com/portal.aspx?portal=7&tabid=2.  It's really sad b/c when you click on it, all you get is an exception message.  It's cached in google and the reason it registered as a hit was b/c in the Exception message, the System.Web were in there.  It's been there for at least two weeks and that's just since I've found it - and I really doubt I found it on the first day.  New Orleans is  big city - fix the frigging thing already.
