More on what a-holes RealtyWorld is

So here's a copy  of the actual letter they are threatening people with.  I actually heard an interesting take on the issue.  Say RealtyWorld is  going to threaten SomeMVP because the RealtyWorld Symbol bares a small resemblance to the globe SomeMvp got via Microsoft Publisher.  If RealtyWorld can in fact show that there is infringement, they should actually avoid doing so b/c if SomeMVP got it from Microsoft's Publisher - then Microsoft could turn around and sue RealtyWorld for the same crime they are alleging against SomeMVP.  After all, if SomeMVP used Publisher for the globe, and the globe looks enough like RealtyWorld's globe to get them sued, then certainly RealtyWorld's globe looks enough like Microsoft's to get them sued.
