Brian: just wanted to let you know I tried clicking your lijnk but it was dead. I'm definitely interested in what you have to say so I wasn't going to be discouraged - finally found it here: http://dotnetjunkies.com/WebLog/brianmadsen/

I definitely want to read your updates on who wins the context - and I'm rooting for you!

BTW, what's the story behind the ol' Mung Bean?

Hey Bill..

thanks for the heads up on the link - need proper unit testing here!!

fixed now..

Should hope that i win the price here but you never know - one of the guys there are pretty fast on the take.. I mean, being that he's a VB proggie he's catching onto .Net very fast and he's a competent developer overall.

Ahh..Mung Bean...well..it's a long(ish) story but i'll throw in the general parts.

"once upon a time...there was this really really annoying colleague who also happened to be working for a really really evil employer...the colleague and our hero was in league with eachother to bring down the evildoer.."

ok...cut the sob story short...a colleague decided to name me Mung Bean at P-80 and did so by throwing a thread in the forums asking people if they thought i blew and was a mung bean...it caught and since then i've been stamped mung bean (should point out that the good members of the forum backed me up and nearly lynched my former colleague before i showed mercy)...

Anyways - he's a good mate and takes as well as he gives...works for the government now though so he's sorta in the enemy's camp.

Back on topic....I'll keep on posting and handing out "hints" (where applicable) as to how things should/could be handled.
