Latest ISA Patch reported to "kill" Web Proxy Service

There have been reports that the latest ISA Patch is shutting down the Web Proxy Service.   I can confirm that I have today had my first site with this problem.

Recommendation:

  1. Remove the Patch
  2. Apply the workaround detailed here or use the script from ISATools.org
  3. Wait for the re-release of the patch

Yes, I've faced the same problem and I did remove the Service Pack.
Initially I've applied on my main server but I've hooked my Testing server to apply the patches before applying on the MAIN server.
