DEFAULT JUDGMENT and ORDER for PERMANENT INJUNCTION entered in favor of FTC against Sam Jain, jointly and severally with other defendants found liable in the amount of $163,167,539.95. Signed by Judge Richard D Bennett on 2/24/10.

DEFAULT JUDGMENT and ORDER for PERMANENT INJUNCTION entered in favor of FTC against Innovative Marketing, Inc., jointly and severally with other defendants found liable in the amount of $163,167,539.95. Signed by Judge Richard D Bennett on 2/24/10.

Don’t forget – Daniel Sundin and Innovative Marketing, Inc have ignored these legal proceedings since the first day, and remained unrepresented throughout the entire process.  Sam Jain’s legal represented applied for leave to be released as Jain’s legal representation on the basis that:

  1. They have NEVER communicated directly with Jain.
  2. Their last indirect communication with Jain was received on January 14, 2009.
  3. They have not communicated with Jain in more than 10 months, since before the bench warrant was issued for Jain's arrest by the US District Court for the Northern District of California in an unrelated matter.
  4. They claim to have no knowledge of Jain's whereabouts, and to have no ability to contact him directly.

That request was granted.

Now the FTC face the next challenge… getting the money…

It's such a strange amount.. the 95 cents cracks me up!

Hopefully when they *do* get caught we will be looking at some serious jail time.. well, I live in hope.
