The April Security Updates have been released by Microsoft

The Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer is also available - details here:

Note that this month's cumulative update includes the IE Automatic Component Activation (IE ACA) update (which means no more "click to activate" prompts). The update replaces the previews released in December 2007 and February 2008.
