Pageflakes? No thanks.

So, Scoble writes about Pageflakes

Sandi takes a look at Pageflakes and chooses "just let me in" in the bottom left hand corner of the pop-up window that intercedes before the www.pageflakes.com loads.  This loads the Pageflakes site with Pageflakes chosen settings.

Sandi then sees what is in the screenshot below.   So what are you doing Pageflakes?  Going for some eye candy to reel in new users?  A bit careless with your choice of Flickr tag perhaps?  Bad Flickr timing?  To be honest, gratuitous nearly naked ladies and cleavage shots is what I expect reputable sites to avoid when introducing their services to potential new users.

Hi Sandi,

Thank you for pointing out this issue to us. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

The reason is indeed bad Flickr timing, obviously coupled with not enough care choosing the Flickr tag. We will change the Flickr tag to prevent this from happening again.

Best regards

Christoph
