e360 v Spamhaus - the latest developments

Basically the Judge has said that e360insight's choice of relief in its amended moving papers was too severe in the circumstances.
It should note be noted that a dismissal "without prejudice" allows a new suit to be brought on the same cause of action. Therefore, if anybody tries to say that Spamhaus has "won" and everything is over, you may like to tell them that the Fat Lady hasn't started singing yet....
Instinct tells me that the next move will be for e360insight to move for a monetary sanction against Spamhaus for each day that it fails to comply with the injunction. The previously mentioned risk to US based volunteers still exists as well.
