Thanks for you answer.
But it's not a good solution in my case to create interfaces and delegates for all userControls.
Is webPart can be an other solution to resolve this ?

Hello, I was able to solve all of this with a work around a dear friend of mine told me about it.
Using Interfaces + Delegates solves all the problems and dynamically loaded user controls works very smooth and without having to register any control on the aspx page.

I've the same problem, is it possible to use a PlaceFolder Object in ASP.NET 2 and not put the @ Reference tag of the UserControl in my webPage ?

In fact i'm on a project where the webPage can load dynamic UserControl and if I put all references of UserControls I will have errors in compilation because reference are not use.

Did somebody have an answer to my question?

I fixed the problem, now it returns a NULL if index is out of range.

I will update the code in the same place, so check the code again.

Hi,

If you pass a position that is not available, you get the last available portion rather than null or empty string.

e.g. print dbo.fn_SplitAt('1-Bilal','-', 5)
returns Bilal
