If he was a member of the Swedish Association for Copyright, AND he sits/sat on the board of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Obviously there is a conflict, and if this matter were then taken to the EU courts what will happen then?&lt;/p&gt;
