Clearly there is/was a conflict of interest! If he was a member of the Swedish Association for Copyright, AND he sits/sat on the board of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Industrial Property.
Obviously there is a conflict, and if this matter were then taken to the EU courts what will happen then?
Will this run and run?
