(Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070012) &amp;nbsp;&amp;quot; when you store/restore. I&amp;#39;m testing now to see if this has to do with the pages beeing checked out at the time of store. Im 80% sure this is it .. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;you need to add the -url parameter before the URL or you will recieve the beloved &amp;quot;command line error&amp;quot; from stsadm.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The full command would read:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Stsadm –o import -url &lt;a rel="nofollow" target="_new" href="http://portal/sites/sitename"&gt;http://portal/sites/sitename&lt;/a&gt; -filename sitename.bak &lt;/p&gt;
