Attempting to load a 64-bit application

Workstation running Vista 64bit (so you know the CPU is 64bit compatible) attempting to load up a VMware 64bit OS... what gives? I'll be the bit isn't flipped in the registry to allow for virtualizatoin to work, whadday wanna bet? Be right back...
