Couple of issues that I've seen reported fixed in this:

949113 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949113/ ) Unexpected modified instances of a recurring meeting may appear when you use Entourage to access a calendar on a computer that is running Exchange Server 2007
949114 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/949114/ ) Duplicate calendar items may appear when you use Entourage to access a calendar on an Exchange 2007 server

On the download site, not sure when it's on MU/WU/WSUS, but I would expect it if you want to wait. You do not need to uninstall the prior rollup.
