&lt;p&gt;As for as a backup device, machines with external &amp;nbsp;eSATA ports can be very useful and this is what I&amp;#39;m doing.&lt;/p&gt;

No fix yet, but it hasn&amp;#39;t stopped me from using USB over Network for enabling backups inside SBS 2008. &lt;/p&gt;
