Mike Neil, the General Manager for Virtualization at Microsoft has posted an updated schedule for the release of the Viridian beta and the final release of Virtual Server R2 SP1. Both are delayed into the second half of this year. I have to say, I'm unhappy about this - it seriously impacts my ability to do what I need to do with a Microsoft solution. Guess I'm going to be using more VMWare and less Microsoft for my virtualization needs.
