I guess I have to rebuild the master database which is actually hosted by a provider and the databases where created by someone we hired that does not speak english. &amp;nbsp;I am being blamed for this, but I cannot understand how the collation got changed in the first place. &amp;nbsp;I searched the hundreds of sprocs and there is no colate commands. &amp;nbsp;I did connect with visual studio but that should not make a difference. &amp;nbsp;Whatever happened in our scenario this situation without question should at minimum throw a warning. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Once when one of our customers ran some scripts to update their DB system, a script always failed. I was sure that all scripts have been tested on our server and they worked properly. the error message was definitely as same as the one mentioned above.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;hopefully it will be solved in any manner.&lt;/p&gt;
