OnQ is a blog where I can share my thoughts about the business side of IT support for small businesses. Unlike my Lessons Learned blog, which focuses exclusively on technical bits, the content here is almost exclusively non-technical, but I do reserve the right to slip an acronym or two in here. I'll also post announcements about the eOnCall radio show and other tidbits I find useful, or at least interesting.
