(Office 2007 BETA) Application Failed to start because MSVCR80.DLL was not found

Error appear when application stars 

Please do not forget at the time this post OFFICE 2007 is still in STAGE BETA.

My intention with this post is to provide a quick workaround to the issue

Seems like Add-ins problems

 Let's try this

  1. Go to your EXE Path %Office12%
  2. Rename the "Manifest" file from your applications, e.g. Excel, Outlook..
  3. Try Now

Works?, comment your result.
