Email Dicsussion Replies

Anyone know how the WSS discussion replies work. I have incoming and outgoing mail configurations setup but replies just got to an Exchange mailbox not the WSS site. I don't see anything in the documentation that says how to get email replies into the WSS site.

There's no such thing ? I guess you've set up an alert to notify you about new posting to the list, but this is only one way, you can't reply.
There is a commercial product from Syntergy to do the 2-way stuff if you want to spend money.
