This blog consists mostly of a collection of threads, each of which constitutes a support success sequence that has occurred in the public newsgroups. There are some articles I wrote to document some custom feature of Office I have developed. There are sometimes single posts that present a URL to a resource or present a solution. The goal is to extend the life of a successful thread, and to give a public resource to which I can refer others when answering a similar question for a new query.
Given the nature of a blog, it is essential to use a search to find any specific thread. Since they are pulled from the public newsgroups, you can search using the "naive" language of the person asking the question, or the "trained" language of the respondent.
