Installing certificates on Windows Phone 7

For those of you out there that are wondering if certificate installation is a tricky business on a Windows Phone 7, you might rest assured, since its even simpler than before.

On this video you can see a zip file containing a batch of certificates (self signed certs) and all the user as to do is tap on them and choose to install.

How do you access the zip file once you get it on the phone?  Since the phones don't have a file manager or act as USB Mass Storage (as far as I can tell) we've put the certs in a zip on a microsd.  But can't seem to figure out how to access the file.
