The Xbox 360 Wireless Racing Wheel is consistent with the rest of Microsoft’s wireless peripherals that are on the market today. The device was designed to function wirelessly, since it doesn’t get plugged into your console. But if you want to get the full sensory rumble and force feedback experience, a power adapter is required so now you are tied to the wall instead of the console.
