I hit this on a 64-bit system some months ago (although I never found this blog back then) and wrote about it in the MS Newsgroups which subsequenly got very little attention. I just now hit the same problem on a 32-bit system and the same regsvr32 command fixes the issue there too, so if you have this problem in 32-bit then it&amp;#39;s also worth a try.&lt;/p&gt;
