The coming MSDN event includes two sessions of Microsoft Office training about how Office Business Applications (OBA) delivers people-centric, collaborative solutions to the enterprise through familiar Microsoft Office servers, clients, and tools.

Session 1: Integrating Business Information with Microsoft Office Open XML Format
Microsoft Office Open XML Formats files replace legacy binary Microsoft Office system files and enables rich server-side processing of documents. In this session we shall cover the components included in the formatted file and various scenarios that show the versatility of these files.

Session 2: Microsoft Office Business Applications (OBA): A New Breed of Applications on the 2007 Microsoft Office system
Microsoft Office Business Applications (OBA) connects Line of Business (LOB) systems with the people that use them through the familiar user interface of Microsoft Office. They also enable businesses to extend the Microsoft Office clients and servers into business processes. In this session we shall look at how the 2007 Microsoft Office system provides collaborative business capabilities that fill the white space between traditional business applications and personal productivity tools.
