I have to say it was a hell of lot easier to install, maintain and troubleshoot Exchange 2003.
Perhaps a clean install is straightforward, a migration is certainly very complicated.
The management console is poor, you need to drop into Powershell to do many tasks.
And you get to troll Google for all the gotchas, after the fact.
Hey, I would have before hand, but it is not always easy to find them until you get the error messages and the data within them.
Anyway, Up and running except for Outlook Anywhere. Bloody certificates.
