Resourcefulness is the great divider between excellence and mediocrity.

Well, after holding the Principal Consultant title within the Collective Technologies organization for the past six months, I will now be the Practice Technical Manager for the Microsoft Management technologies; including SMS, MOM and W(S)US. This new position, reporting to the VP of Windows Infrastructure Services, will allow for greater accountability in the building of this practice and provide a management layer to the consultants working with these technologies that actually has a technical background in supporting them. I'm very excited about this portion of the company's reorg and look forward to helping Collective become Microsoft's 'go to' partner for systems management consulting.
