is`t possible fix this error a run the scritp in Wvista and work, run the full firt script, when you are in:

C:\>

your pront must be in the end of ;WAS-ConfigurationAPI

then you enter, this take some 10 minutes. if your script finish your are ok.

yo tengo el mismo problema.. quiero correr una prueba.asp y tengo el mismo error.

el script tampoco me cogio.. si pueden ayuden plz :)

No me funcionó, al parecer no es el mismo problema o no funciona en todas las versiones de Windows Vista.

dale en el menu inicio -> Ejecutar --> cmd

despues de abrir la consola, hace clic derecho y le das pegar a esto:
