ASP.net & AJAX 1.0 "Sys is undefined" error

Hoy me encontré con este problema con un sistema que ya estaba trabajando el cual lo tenía con AJAX 1.0 en ASP.net. Después de hacer varias pruebas, mejor intente hacerlo en un website limpio, donde lo único que tenia era un Gridview con paging y de igual...
