IMPORTANT NOTE: changing anonymous user access can break your OWA and exchange, as it casually prompts you to change permissions throughout Exchange. See http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/Q_22071696.html if you do break it! So I haven't found a fix, as I am afraid to change the anonymous access and break the connections for my remote workers.

if you don't enable keep alive on the default web site you receive the same error !!!!

Yeah, awesome... Might want to mention that you have to disable anonymous access also. I did that and it worked beautifully! Thanks!

Integrated Windows Authentication is the only authentication method but the problem still occurs. I have found that if I view the "Monitoring and Reporting" page inside "Server Management" then go back to Backup, the page will display correctly. If I leave it for a few minutes then refresh the page I get the "You do not have correct permissions" page again.
