Use Group Policy for Shared Favorites

Assuming clients are Win2k or XP, use AD Group Policy - in a policy object,
the item is found under User Configuration > Windows Settings > Internet
Explorer Maintenance > URLs

If you have Win98 clients you may need to use the IEAK (Internet Explorer
Administration Kit) to create a custom browser settings script for those
machines.

How would I setup a folder on the network that contains Internet Shortcuts which are then shared across the domain using a group policy.

Essentially, I want to drop a shortcut into a folder and it becomes part of the shared set, rather than have to use the Policy editor each time.

Is this possible?

Ian
