My previous post about SP2 and Vista was based on Update 1 for SP2. This update is working after modifying the sqlsrv32.dll. But if you try to run Critical update 3 for SP2 you will get error about missing text in .stx file. It seem's, like in this Critical update 3 are prepared some changes for compatibility with Vista for Microsoft Dynamics NAV SP3 release. But these changes are not finalized. And because there is no way, how to add necessary text into .stx file, there is no option how to use Critical update 3 for SP2 under Windows Vista. But good thing is, that SP3 is near and I hope, that this problem will be solved in final version of SP3.
