TechEd Brazil 2009 - The biggest Microsoft event of LATAM!

It’s with great happiness that Microsoft Brazil announced the date of the biggest Microsoft event of LATAM: TechEd Brazil 2009! The event will take place on August 25th, 26th and 27th, at São Paulo.

We still don’t know more details about this great event, but we already know some topics that are confirmed: Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Virtualization, Office and System Center.

Webcasts Microsoft Technet – Brazil and United States!

Hi Friends,

It´s with great happiness that I invite you to attend the two webcasts which I´ll be presenting in this month: Migrating Databases from Oracle to SQL Server 2008 and Migrating to SQL Server 2008: 10 reasons to do it. In special, the first one is a great victory that I wanna share with you all.

For those who aren´t familiar with, webcasts are online events hosted by Microsoft, where IT professionals have the opportunity to develop their knowledge about Microsoft solutions. In these events, solutions such as Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2008, Exchange, and other technologies are presented. Also, these presentations are completely FREE!

At April 30th, I´ll present the webcast Migrating to SQL Server 2008: 10 reasons to do it. Developed to Brazilian professionals, we will show in this session ten reasons that you should consider now to upgrade your data platform to SQL Server 2008, including demonstrations and practical examples.

However, tomorrow (04/14) is the big day! Starting at 01:00 PM (Pacific Time), one of my dreams will come true: I will be presenting my first official Microsoft webcast for Microsoft US! The webcast is called Migrating Databases from Oracle to SQL Server 2008, and it´s a part of webcasts that will be played at TechEd USA on May! During Microsoft´s biggest event of the world, my presentation will be available for professionals, and after will be available for download!

This webcast will be in English, and we will demonstrate SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Migration Assistant and Hyper-V!

Microsoft Brazil has Just released the official site of the brazilian’s biggest event about Microsoft technologies: TechEd Brazil 2008. There, attendees can make their registration, see the list of presenters, read information about travel and hotels, and much more.

But, the great new is Steve Balmer!

The Microsoft CEO comes to Brazil especially for the TechEd, when he will open the event with a special presentation.

Better than that is just if Bill Gates comes along with him, and both of them open this year’s TechEd.

Hi Friends,

The preparatives for the brazilian’s version of USA TechEd 2008 have just started. In Brazil, Microsoft TechEd is the most important Microsoft event of the whole year, with more than 1200 attendants. Microsoft Brazil released the banner below, confirming place and date of this great event (October 14th to 16th, in São Paulo)!

Also they confirmed the presence of Microsoft employees from USA. I hope that Microsoft sends Mark Minasi again: his presentations are awesome and we had a great talk at TechEd 2007.

This guy is a POPSTAR of IT!
