Hi - Conficker blocks many major security sites, and it's best to download/copy from another clean PC.  

You should download cleaners and the MS08-067 from another non-infected PC and burn these files to CD-R.  An empty USB drive could be used as a 2nd choic, although CD-R is preferable to avoid infecting the thumb drive.  Conficker may infect the USB drive, but you still should be able to copy across and reformat the drive later
